10km/h SPEED LIMIT
This speed limit applies to ALL areas of the facility including driveways, access roads, and parking areas. Please drive slowly and carefully.
- Maximum speed: 10km/h throughout the entire facility
- Parking: Do not block driveways, access lanes, or emergency exits
- Loading zones: Use designated loading areas only
- Reversing: Use extreme caution when reversing - use a spotter if possible
- Right of way: Pedestrians always have right of way
- Vehicle condition: Ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and won't leak fluids
๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ Supervision & Control Requirements
Children Must Be Supervised At All Times
Children under 16 must be directly supervised by an adult at all times while on the facility premises.
- Direct supervision: Children must remain within sight and reach of supervising adult
- Age restrictions: Children under 16 are not permitted to access storage units unaccompanied
- Play areas: The facility is not a playground - keep children away from equipment and vehicles
- Safety education: Explain facility hazards to children before visiting
๐ Dogs
- Leash requirement: All dogs must be on a leash at all times or contained within your vehicle. You love your dog, others may not. And your dog will not love the electric fence!
- Clean up: Owner must clean up any mess immediately

Use At Your Own Risk
Supplied trolleys and lifting aids are provided as a convenience but are used entirely at your own risk. Inspect equipment before use.
- Trolley inspection: Check wheels, handles, and load capacity before use
- Weight limits: Do not exceed equipment weight ratings
- Equipment return: Return all equipment to designated areas
- Damage reporting: Report damaged equipment immediately

Be Aware of These Potential Hazards:
- Moving vehicles: Always be alert for moving vehicles and machinery
- Electric fencing: Perimeter electric fencing - do not touch or tamper
- Lifting equipment: Heavy items can cause injury - use proper lifting techniques
- Falls from heights: Be cautious when stacking items or using elevated storage
- Sharp objects: Exercise care around metal edges and sharp corners
- Weather conditions: Take extra care during wet or icy conditions
- Poor lighting: Use additional lighting if needed in dimly lit areas
๐ General Facility Conduct
- Noise levels: Keep noise to minimum, especially during early morning/evening hours
- Abusive behaviour: Abuse of any sort is not tolerated. If you have a problem with a fellow storer that cannot be sorted out with a friendly chat please talk to us rather than having an altercation.
- Prohibited items: No hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, perishable, living items, or items that can pose a risk to any person or property
- Cleanliness: Keep common areas clean and take your rubbish with you when you leave
- Smoking: Facility is smoke-free - no smoking anywhere on premises
- Alcohol/drugs: No consumption of alcohol or illegal substances on site
- Unit security: Always lock your unit when leaving
- Gate access: Only allow access to people you know and trust
- Insurance: Consider contents insurance for your stored items

- Medical emergency: Call 111 immediately, then notify facility management
- Fire: Evacuate immediately, call 111, assemble at designated meeting point
- Security breach: Call 111 if threatened, then contact facility management
- Equipment injury: Seek appropriate medical attention and report incident
- Property damage: Document with photos and notify management within 24 hours
- After hours contact: Marcus - 03 244 8235 for urgent facility matters
